1. Fill-up the Visitor's Logbook at OCV

2. Assessment and Clearance

3. Choose the best pet for you

4. Fill-up Adoption Form/Contract

5. Pay the necessary fees

Adoption Fee: 500 PHP

Pet Registration Fee: 50 PHP

6. Bring the Following:

  • Valid ID
  • Dog Cage
